NATALIE LEMAS HERNANDEZ
CEO, OWNER, REALTOR
Natalie learned the art and science of entrepreneurship, real estate investing and asset operations from a very early age. Dinner table discussions about cap rates, hiring and firing team members and cash-flow maximization were the norm in her family. Some like to say she was born collecting rent.
After graduating college cum laude from Santa Clara University with degrees in Spanish and Marketing she was recruited into the Macy’s Executive Development Program. It was there she honed her leadership and management skills. Leading a team of 65 associates, she earned various sales awards within her district.
In 2012, Natalie joined the family business, Commercial Northwest. She quickly made an impact and was promoted to COO. In 2017, Natalie became the sole owner of Commercial Northwest.
Under Natalie’s leadership, Commercial Northwest has grown from a small multi-family management operation of 600 units to a fully integrated industry leader managing over 3,000 apartment units across Idaho. Natalie is also a licensed real estate agent and has personally sold over $200 million dollars worth of commercial real estate in her career. Natalie is a sought-after speaker and panelist on topics such as entrepreneurship, leadership, and real estate.
Natalie is passionate about giving back and is an active member of the community. She is the founder of a non-profit; TIPPS Experience, an annual 4-day personal growth retreat. She has been recognized for her business accomplishments and community involvement by the Idaho Business Review as one of Idaho’s Accomplished 40 Under 40, a Tribute to Women in Industry Award Winner by the WCA, and one of Idaho’s Women of the Year by the Idaho Business Review.
Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband, Hugo, and two young sons. She is also an avid reader, traveler, and a member and former board member of EO Idaho (Entrepreneurs Organization).
Lorrell Clark
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Lorrell oversees all property accounts at Commercial Northwest. She brings more than 20 years of property management experience to the company.
Lorrell is currently pursuing a degree in Philosophy from Arizona State.
When she is not working on improving the success of Commercial Northwest and the accounting department, Lorrell is spending time with her family or reading.
Caria Dunbar
COO
Caria Dunbar is a two time TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award winner. The TOBY award is the commercial real estate industry’s highest recognition honoring excellence in commercial building management. Judging is based on criteria that includes community impact, tenant and employee relations programs, energy management, accessibility, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs and overall excellence.
Caria has 35 years of experience managing property operations and accounting teams for Class A high-rise office buildings totaling over 2 million square feet in the Los Angeles markets. Caria moved to Meridian, Idaho in 2020 and joined Commercial Northwest as our company’s Chief Operating Officer. Her specialties include developing and implementing best practices, policies & procedures to ensure consistent and reliable results.
Brandi Browndyke
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Brandi Browndyke, our Operations Manager, is responsible for managing and sustaining all aspects of our working relationships with our property owners and investors. She serves as first point of contact and liaises with our entire team to provide real-time data to our owners. She is involved in all aspects of managing our 2,400 doors of multi-family and commercial properties and has been a part of the Commercial Northwest team since 2016. Brandi holds a BA in Political Science from Southern Methodist University. She loves traveling, cooking and music, and is always looking to see and learn new things.
Sarah Condit
FACILITIES MANAGER
Sarah has been with Commercial Northwest since 2019 and is our Facility Operations Manager. She oversees all aspects of maintenance including cap-ex projects, vendor contracts and estimates, landscaping and snow removal, renovations, unit make-ready scheduling, fire suppression compliance, preventative maintenance inspections, customer (owner, vendor, and resident/tenant) satisfaction, and employee management.
Bringing 20 years of customer care and business management experience to the team – including a solutions-based attitude and unique problem-solving skills – Sarah is an invaluable member of our team. Sarah holds a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies as well as a Leadership and Human Relations certificate.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hiking, road trips, cooking, and geeking out on DIY projects – she can reverse engineer anything!
Drew Lindsley
REGIONAL MANAGER
Drew Lindsley is is responsible for leading the leasing team while collecting and analyzing the data of the current market. He also has aided in restructuring our team to focus on efficiency and utilizing each team member’s strengths to provide world-class service to our clients and residents. Drew has over 5 years of multifamily experience and grew up around the business managing over 1000 units.
Drew is an Idaho Native from a small town up north. He holds a BA degree in Communication with a minor in Business Administration/Operations for Boise State University where he was recruited to throw the Discus, Hammer, and Shotput. He is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager Designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management.
When he is off work, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Drew loves to hunt, fish, camp, and travel with his wife.
Antonio Granados
REGIONAL MANAGER
Antonio oversees all aspects pertaining to leasing up our clients properties and ensuring our team provides world class service to all of our current resident concerns. His responsibilities include conducting weekly market comps, ensuring we are hitting property income budgets, marketing properties, sending owner reports, and implementing systems that allow our team to be more efficient & effective. Antonio has been with CNW for close to 2 years.
Prior to working at CNW Antonio worked in the customer service industry. Previous employers were Cafe Rio, Walmart, Boise State University, and Wells Fargo. Prior to joining the workforce he graduated from the College of Southern Idaho with an associate’s degree in Psychology and Biology. Antonio is currently working on getting my CPM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Outside of work you can find him playing soccer, lifting weights at the gym, eating a good piece of steak, traveling with his beautiful wife, and posting finance videos on TikTok.
DOMINIC DEVITIS
INVESTOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Dominic DeVitis excels in fostering growth and prosperity within the real estate investment community. He plays a crucial role in both nurturing existing investor partnerships and sparking new relationships, always with an eye toward mutual success. Dominic’s expertise is pivotal in guiding investors through strategic operating decisions, streamlining their path to enhanced profitability and reduced management complexities.
Before joining CNW, Dominic sharpened his expertise in the sales industry, where he developed his knack for building strong relationships and discovered his passion for real estate investing.
Outside of work you can find him lifting weights in the gym, at his favorite all you can eat sushi joint, or in the great outdoors.
Melissa Gonzalez
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Melissa has been with Commercial Northwest since October 2021 and serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Natalie Lemas Hernandez.
While consecutively obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Melissa has also had a varied career in management at Starbucks, Store Manager & District Manager.
She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Commercial Northwest team including her willingness to take on any challenge with a “can-do” attitude and a smile.
In her spare time, Melissa spends time outdoors and enjoys Idaho every chance she gets with her daughter Savannah and husband Sean, Come by and say hi to our rockstar Melissa!
Blair Sheffield
MAINTENANCE FIELD SUPERVISOR
Blair oversees day to day operations of the make ready, renovations, work order, incident response, and reconstruction and repair divisions of the CNW maintenance team. Works daily with vendors and suppliers to trim maintenance costs and ensure high quality service to both sides of our customer base. Utilizing 35+ years of both single family and multifamily new construction, remodeling and repair experience to ensure that the high standards of both service and product set by CNW are continually achieved at all times.
