Commercial Northwest processes applications in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. All applicants are evaluated using consistently applied rental criteria.
The essentials, up front.
Application fee
$45.00 per individual, non-refundable.
Separate applications
Every applicant 18 years of age and older completes a separate application.
Income requirement
Combined gross monthly income of 2.5x the monthly rent.
Identification
One valid government-issued photo ID.
Credit & rental history
Soft credit check through Experian plus rental reference verification.
Co-signers
Gross income of 4x the monthly rent and a 30% debt-to-income ratio.
Pets
Owner-dependent. Where allowed: $500 non-refundable fee and $35/month per pet.
Deposit timing
Security deposit due within 24 hours of application acceptance.
