What do I do in case of emergency?
Your first course of action is to call 911 if you or someone else is in immediate danger. If any of the following items apply, please call the emergency line for immediate attention:
  • No heat when the weather is forecasted to be below 60 degrees
  • No electricity throughout your unit
  • Flooding in the unit and you can’t stop the leak by turning off the water valve
  • Fire
  • Carbon Monoxide: if your detector sounds leave the premises immediately
  • Total stoppage of plumbing systems: all toilets are backed up
  • No A/C is not an emergency; your HVAC will cool 15 degrees below the outside temperature
*A $200 service fee will be charged to your account if your call is deemed to be a regular maintenance item
